Used for moderate &, severe acne vulgaris, characterized by comedones, inflammatory papules/pustules with or witho occasional nodules in patients &ge,12 years old.

Apply to affected areas of the face; chest & back once daily in the evening after washing gently with a non-medicated cleanser.

Ingredients

Each gram contains Adapalene 3g, Benzoyl peroxide 25mg

Storage Information

Store at 25ºC. Protect from light. Keep out of reach of children. Keep away from heat.

Warnings

Precaution: Avoid contact with the eyes; lips; angles of the nose; mucus membranes; abraded skin; open wounds; hair; dyed fabrics. Concomitant use with topical acne therapy. Do not apply to damaged skin; cuts; abrasions; eczematous or sun burned skin. Caution when applying near hairline. Erythema; dryness; scaling; burning or pruritus. Avoid exposure to excessive sunlight or UV. Weather extremes may also be irritating to patients under treatment. Pregnancy & lactation. Childn (<12 y/o). Elderly >65 y/o. Pregnancy Category C: Use with caution if benefits outweigh risks. Animal studies show risk and human studies not available or neither animal nor human studies done. Interaction: Additive irritant effects with concomitant use of abrasive cleaners; strong drying agents or irritant products. Preparation containing sulfur; resorcinol; salicylic acid.
