Claritin syrup contain Loratadine, a tri-cyclic antihistamine with selective peripheral H1-receptor antagonistic activity, which is currently used for the relief of symptoms associated with allergic rhinitis, and urticaria and other dermatologic disorders.

Product Usage
Indication:
Indicated for the relief of symptoms associated with allergic rhinitis such as sneezing, nasal discharge (rhinorrhea), and itching, as well as ocular itching and burning, urticaria and other dermatologic disorders. Nasal and ocular signs and symptoms are relieved rapidly after oral administration.
Dosage:
Adults and children 6 years of age and over with a body weight greater than 30 Kg: one tablet (10 mg) once daily
