The more surface area the patches touch; the better absoprtion and the results will be. It is recommended to cover the foot patches and plasters with a light sock to avoid accidentally displacing it.
Special Precautions: Do not use more than 6 patches at any one time. For detox it is recommended using one patch on the sole of the feet. For pain reduction; it is recommended using one patch on each foot corresponding to the area of the painful joint.
