Apply stain to the bottom part of the lips. Smack your lips together to transfer some of the excess color to the upper lip. Apply lip stain at the top part of your lip and define your cupid's bow. Blot excess with a tissue. For a smoother finish, exfoliate your lips with a lip scrub and put a thin coat of lip balm before applying the Badass Lip Stain.
