DOLCET Tramadol Hydrochloride + Paracetamol 18.75mg/162.50mg 1 Tablet

Indication/ Uses: management of moderate to severe pain

Contraindications:

1. In all children younger than 12 years of age.

2. In post-operative management in children younger than 18 years of age following tonsillectomy and/or adenoidectomy.

3. In patients who have previously demonstrated hypersensitivity to tramadol, paracetamol, any other component of this product or opioids.

4. In cases of acute intoxication with alcohol, hypnotics, narcotics, centrally acting analgesics, opioids or psychotropic drugs. In patients using monoamine oxidase inhibitors (MAIOs) concurrently or within the last 14 days.

Product Usage

Adults and children not less than 12 years old: The dose should be individually adjusted according to intensity of pain and response of the patient. An initial dose of four tablets of Tramadol/Paracetamol (Dolcet mini) is recommended. The dosing interval should not be less than six hours and additional doses can be taken as needed, not exceeding 16 tablets of Tramadol/Paracetamol (Dolcet mini) per day.
