Until when is the 12.12 promotion?
Promo duration is from December 11 to 15 only.
What is the mechanics?
Get 10% off on ALL MEDICINES (Dispensary, OTC, Vitamins, Supplements, Beauty Supplements, Diet & Fitness).
Can I order if I am not a member of the Watsons Club?
No, this promotion is exclusive to Watsons Club Members and Elite Members only.
Can I do multiple orders?
A customer can only order up to 2x during the promo duration.
Can I use my SC and PWD Discount?
You can use your SC or PWD discount but not in conjunction with the 10% off promo. We will apply the higher discount, which is the SC or PWD discount in this case.
Can I do bulk ordering?
Maximum quantity for ordering is set to 60 pieces per tablet or capsule for medicines that are sold per piece, 10 pieces for medicine in packs, 2 pieces for medicine in bottles, and 2 pieces for milk in can or in box packaging.
Can I order my medicines without prescription?
For Dispensary items, a Pharmacist will need to validate the RX orders. Please expect a call or text to confirm. The customer is required to send their prescriptions to onlinepharmacy@watsons.com.ph
When will I receive my order?
We expect all orders containing promotional items to be processed within business days (please see below), however fulfillment times may vary during peak periods. To inquire about the status of your order, please Contact Us | Watsons Philippines
- 1-3 days for Metro Manila, Rizal, Cavite, Laguna
- 3-5 days for rest of Luzon
- 5-9 days for Visayas and Mindanao
Can I return the products that I ordered?
Products purchased during the Promotion Period may be returned for a full refund in accordance with our Return Policy Return & Refund | Watsons Philippines
