What is Watsons Club Elite?

Watsons Elite is a membership status that offers upgraded member benefits and other exclusive offers.


How do I become a Watsons Elite?

Watsons Club member needs to have an accumulated annual spend of at least PHP 35,000 to be upgraded to Watsons Club Elite from 1 January to 31 December of the existing year.


How long does it take to be upgraded to Watsons Club Elite once the PHP 35,000 annual spending has been reached?

Members will auto-upgrade to Watsons Club Elite Membership status in the first day of the following month upon qualification and the membership status is valid until 31 December of the following year

Example: Watsons Club Member gets to accumulate P35,000 annual spending on 15 March 2021, he/she will be upgraded to Watsons Club Elite starting 1 April 2021 and enjoy Watsons Club Elite privileges and rewards until 31 Dec 2022 (Qualification period: 1 April 2021- 31 December 2022)


How do I keep my Elite status?

If a Watsons Club Elite member is not able to reach the spending threshold of PHP 35,000 annual spending until 31 December of the year after, membership will revert back to the regular Watsons Club card benefits. Watsons Club membership to be reinstated effective 1st of January of the following year.

Will my Watsons Elite card points expire?

Yes. Watsons points expire every two December 31s. For example, points earned in October 2020 will expire on 31 December 2021, while points earned in February 2020 will expire on 31 December 2021.

You may also monitor the status of the expiration of your points via linking of your Membership card to the Watsons app. Points will appear in the app in real time.

Why I can’t enjoy full Watsons Elite privileges and rewards?

Full Watsons Elite privileges and rewards are only applicable to qualified Watsons Members who have both reached the PHP 35,000 annual spend requirement and who activated his/her member card with full and accurate personal information and contact details


What should I do if my physical Watsons Club Elite Card is already expired?

Link your Membership card to the Watsons App and get the E-Watsons card copy of your Watsons Club Elite.


Will I receive additional physical card if I qualified for Watsons Elite?

Starting January 2022, physical Watsons Club Elite cards would no longer be issued. Get your Club Elite E-Watsons card via downloading the Watsons App and linking your card to the app. Your Club card and Club Elite card will bear the same Member account number


How do I link my Physical card to the App?

Download the Watsons App and Click “Link Up/Apply for Membership”. Input your card information and personal details to successfully link the card.


What should I do if I have been upgraded to Watsons Club Elite but my E-WC is still Club level?

Log out from the Watsons App and Log back in to refresh the account


What should I do if I lost my physical Watsons Club Elite Card?

a. In case of a lost card, member must contact the Watsons Hotline (02) 7-791-5000 to report incident. Member to provide Registered details—card number, name, mobile number and email address to the Customer Service representative.

b. Get a copy of your E-Watsons card by downloading the app and linking your card details. The E-Watsons card can be used to transact purchases in-store by showing your unique E-Watsons card QR code.



Are there any privacy protection measures for my personal information submitted?

All personal data submitted will be treated with utmost confidentiality. Your contact information will be used by solely by Watsons for promotional purposes only.


Do you store my personal information on the card?

No, the Watsons Card does not contain any information of the member.


How can I deactivate my Watsons membership/online account? Can I activate my account again if it has been deactivated?

If you are a Watsons Member, do note that Watsons Membership is for lifetime which allows you to earn & redeem points for your purchase, enjoy members’ benefits etc. If you deactivate your account, you will not be able to enjoy all the members’ benefits.
