185 Super Smile Meter Game – Terms & Conditions
Campaign Period
The 185 Super Smile Meter Game is available on Watsons Asia apps and runs from May 4, 2026 to May 31, 2026, or until further notice.
Eligibility
The Game is open to customers with a registered Watsons Online Account in participating Watsons Philippines.
To participate and receive rewards, customers must log in to their Watsons Online Account on the Watsons App.
Participation is subject to local laws and Watsons membership rules of Philippines.
How the Game Works
3.1 Accessing the Game
Customers can access the 185 Super Smile Meter via the Watsons App using on a compatible device with a camera.
Playing the Game
Using the in-app camera, customers smile to raise their Smile Meter score and capture a photo.
Once customers tap “Save” to save their photo, the game round is considered completed and the captured photo will display the final score.
After the round is completed, customers can choose to save the picture and redeem the coupon or play again in line with the [weekly] game rules described below.
Game Rounds and Rewards
The Game is organised in 4 rounds running from May 4 [00:00:00] to [May 10 [23:59:59] (local time), each round will last for 7 days; while May 25 [00:00:00] to May 31 [23:59:59] (local time) will be the last round.
In each round:
Each Watsons Club Member (with a linked Watsons Online Account) can receive one (1) 185 Super Smile Meter coupon, which can be used either online or at a Watsons offline store, according to the redemption rules in Section 5.1.
An eShopper refers to a customer who has registered a Watsons Online Account and whose Online Account is not linked to any valid Watsons Club Membership.
The coupon is issued upon the first successful play in that period that meets the minimum score requirement; subsequent plays in the same week will not award additional coupons.
There are two types of 185 Super Smile Meter coupons based on the final score shown on the saved photo:
One coupon type for customers who achieve a final score of 100.
One coupon type for customers who achieve a final score of 1-99.
Based on the final captured score at the end of the game round, customers will receive the corresponding coupon type for later redemption, subject to the coupon issuance and redemption rules set out in Sections 4 and 5.
3.4 Fair Play
Watsons may review, suspend or void plays that appear to be fraudulent, abusive, manipulated or generated by automated tools.
Where inappropriate activity is detected, Watsons may cancel related coupons and/or limit access to the Game or account, in line with Watsons policies.
Coupon Issuance
Coupons (if any) will be issued to the customer’s Watsons Online Account after a qualifying game round.
Each coupon is linked to a specific Online Account (Watsons Club Member or eShopper) and is not transferable, not exchangeable for cash and cannot be combined with selected offers, unless stated in the coupon details.
Each coupon has its own validity period, product exclusions and minimum spend (if any), as shown in the in‑app coupon details. Once expired, the coupon cannot be extended or reissued.
Redemption Rules by Customer Type
5.1 Watsons Online account linked with Watsons Club Membership ß Applicable to BUs with Members only
Applies to customers who hold a valid Watsons Club Membership and have linked it to their Watsons Online Account.
Coupons issued to Watsons Club Members can be used either in store at participating Watsons stores or online on the Watsons App/ website, subject to the channel rules below.
In‑store (offline):
Present the coupon QR code or Member QR code from the Watsons App at checkout before payment.
The coupon will be auto‑applied to eligible items in a single transaction and cannot be kept for future use once applied.
Online (App / Website):
Select the coupon at checkout on the Watsons App or website before completing payment.
Once a coupon has been applied to a transaction, it is treated as used. If the order is cancelled or refunded, the coupon will not be returned to the account, unless otherwise stated in the local terms or required under local law.
5.2 Watsons Online account not linked with Watsons Club Membership ß Applicable to BUs with eShoppers
An eShopper refers to a customer who has registered a Watsons Online Account and whose Online Account is not linked to any valid Watsons Club Membership.
185 Super Smile Meter coupons for eShoppers can be redeemed online only (Watsons App or website) by selecting the coupon at checkout before payment.
Redemption at a Watsons offline store is not available for this customer type.
All other conditions in the “Coupon Issuance” and “Usage Limits and Exclusions” sections apply.
Usage Limits and Exclusions
Unless otherwise stated, each coupon is limited to one‑time use per account.
Coupons cannot be used on excluded items such as [infant milk formula, prescription medicine, gift cards, services], or other restricted categories as defined by [local] regulations and country‑specific policies.
Coupons cannot be used together with selected promotions, staff discounts or partner offers, unless expressly mentioned in the coupon details.
Technical Issues and Liability
Customers are responsible for using a compatible device, stable internet connection, and enabling camera access in order to play the Game and redeem coupons.
Watsons will not be responsible for:
Network, device or system issues that prevent gameplay, coupon issuance or redemption.
Lost or deleted coupons caused by customer action (e.g. app reinstallation, device reset or account changes), where usage records cannot be verified.
In the case of verified technical issues on Watsons’ side, local Customer Service may follow the standard compensation flow as determined by Watsons Philippines.
Fraud, Misuse, and Disqualification
Watsons Philippines may disqualify any participant, cancel any coupon or restrict any account if fraud, misuse, manipulation of the Game or breach of these Terms & Conditions is suspected.
Watsons Philippines’s decision on all matters relating to the 185 Super Smile Meter Game, coupon issuance and redemption will be final, without prejudice to any statutory rights consumers may have under local law.
Changes and Termination
Watsons Philippines may amend, suspend or end the Game or any related coupon offer at any time where permitted by law.
Any updates to these Terms & Conditions will be published on the Watsons App and/or relevant campaign page and will take effect from the date of publication.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Philippines.
In case of any dispute in relation to the Game and/or the coupons, Watsons Philippines reserves the right to make the final decision, without prejudice to any rights customers may have under applicable local laws.
If there is any inconsistency between this English version and a local language version issued by Watsons Philippines, the local language version will prevail within that country.
