Warnings

Decreased renal tubular secretion of amoxicillin with probenecid. Prolongation of bleeding and prothrombin time with anticoagulants. Reduced efficacy of OCs. Potential increased incidence of skin rashes with allopurinol. Possible transient decreases in plasma conc of total conjugate estriol
