Adjuvant treatment of postmenopausal women w/ estrogen-receptor +ve or unknown early breast cancer to reduce risk of recurrence (distant &, loco-regional) &, contralateral breast cancer. 1st-line treatment of hormone-receptor +ve advanced breast cancer (ABC) in women w/ natural or induced postmenopausal status. 2nd-line treatment of ABC in women w/ natural or induced postmenopausal status whose disease has progressed following anti-estrogen therapy alone. 3rd-line treatment in postmenopausal women w/ ABC whose disease has progressed following multiple hormonal therapies
