INDICATIONS:
-Initial treatment of CV disorders eg. angina pectoris & MI
-Prevention of cerebrovascular disorders eg. stroke

CONTRAINDICATIONS:
-Patients prone to dyspepsia or known to have a lesion of gastric mucosa; with hemophilia or other hemorrhagic disorders, gout, aspirin intolerance (especially aspirin-sensitive asthmatics)
-Renal or hepatic impairment
-Not to be taken during lactation and children < 12 yr
