Product Usage

Respules 250-1,000 mcg once daily or bid. Adult & elderly Initially, 1,000-2,000 mcg daily. Maintenance: 500-4,000 mcg daily, may be further increased in very severe cases. Childn ≥6 mth Initially, 250-500 mcg daily. Maintenance: 250-2,000 mcg daily. Adult & ped Non-corticosteroid treated patients & patients well-controlled by inhaled glucocorticoids. Maintenance: 250-1,000 mcg once daily.

Ingredients

Each mL contains 500 mcg micronized Budesonide, excipients, q.s. Each sterile single dose unit (2 mL) contains 1000 mcg Budesonide.

Warnings

Contratiindications:
History of hypersensitivity to budesonide or any of the ingredients.

Special Precautions:
Budesonide (BUDECORT RESPULES) Nebulizing Suspension is not intended for rapid relief of acute episodes of asthma where an inhaled short-acting bronchodilator is required.
If patients find short-acting bronchodilator treatment ineffective
