Product Usage

Adults: 1 tablet twice a day. Should be taken with food: Best taken with meals to ensure optimal absorption. Drink with a full glass of water (8 oz); unless on kidney dialysis. Do not take w/ high-fiber meal (eg; bran/whole grain/cereal/bread/fresh fruits).

Ingredients

Each tablet contains Calcium 600mg; Vitamin D3 200IU; Copper 1mg; Magnesium 50mg; Manganese 1.8mg and Zinc 7.5mg

Warnings

Interaction: Phenytoin; tetracyclines (eg; doxycycline; minocycline); fluoroquinolones & levothyroxine. High-fiber meal (eg; bran; whole-grain cereal or bread; fresh fruits).
