RITEMED Carbamazepine 200mg 1 Tablet

Indications/ Uses: for the treatment of Generalised tonic-clonic seizures. Partial seizures. Prophylaxis of bipolar disorder. Glossopharyngeal neuralgia, Trigeminal neuralgia.

Contraindications: History of bone marrow depression, history hepatic porphyria, atrioventricular block. Concomitant use with MAOIs.

Product Usage

 Initially, 100-200 mg once daily or bid, gradually increased by increments of up to 200 mg daily every wk. Maintenance: 0.8-1.2 g daily in divided doses. Max: 2 g daily.
Should be taken with food. Avoid grapefruit.
