For kids 2 to 6 years old: Take 2.5mL to 5.0 mL (1/2 to 1 tsp) once a day or as recommended by a health professional.

For kids 6 to 12 years old: Take 5.0 mL to 10.0 mL (1 to 2 tsps) once a day or as recommended by a health.
