Description

Ciprofloxacin is used for the treatment of respiratory tract, middle ear sinuses, eyes, kidneys, urinary tract, genital organs, abdomen, skin and soft tissues, bones &, joints infections. The duration of treatment depends on the severity of the illness and on the clinical and bacteriological course.

Product Usage

Ciprofloxacin 500mg twice daily for 5-7 days or as prescribed by the physician. The tablets are swallowed whole with a small amount of fluid. They can be taken independent of mealtimes (if the tablet is taken on an empty stomach, the active substance is absorbed more rapidly).

Ingredients

Each film-coated tablet contains Ciprofloxacin Hydrochloride USP equivalent to Ciprofloxacin (Cipromet) 500mg

Warnings

Ciprofloxacin must not be used in cases of hypersensitivity to Ciprofloxacin or other quinolone chemotherapeutics. Ciprofloxacin must not be prescribed for children
