Description

COMBIZAR Losartan Potassium + Hydrochlorothiazide 100mg/25mg 1 Tablet

Indication/ Uses: Treatment of hypertension; for patients in whom combination therapy is appropriate.

Contraindications: 

1. Hypersensitivity to losartan potassium, HCTZ, other sulfonamide derivatives, or to any component of the product.

2. Therapy resistant hypokalemia or hypercalcemia.

3. Severe hepatic impairment, cholestasis and biliary obstructive disorders.

4. Refractory hyponatremia.

5. Symptomatic hyperuricemia/gout

6. Pregnancy.

7. Severe renal impairment.

8. Anuria

9. Concomitant use with aliskiren in patients with diabetes mellitus or renal impairment.
