Warnings

Interactions with MAOIs; drugs that may affect serotonergic neurotransmitter systems (eg triptans; SSRIs; SNRIs; lithium; sibutramine; St. John's wort; linezolid) & ethanol. CYP3A4 inhibitors (eg ketoconazole) & substrates (eg midazolam); CYP2D6 substrates (eg codeine). Increased risk of serotonin syndrome w/ reversible MAOI.
