Used to relieve mild to moderate pain including lumbalgia, radiculitis, spondylitis, neck pain, should pain/shouler-arm-syndrome (brachialgia), sciatica andamp, carpal tunnel syndrome, pain after surgery andamp, other painful conditions.

How to Use

May be taken with or without food. May be taken with meals to reduce Gi discomfort. Swallow whole with little liquid. Do not chew.

Ingredients

Each film-coated tablet contains: Tamine mononitrate (Vit B1) 50mg; Pyridoxine hydrochloride (Vit B6) 100mg; Cyanocoblamin (Vit B12) 100mcg; Paracetamol 500mg.

Warnings

Speical Precautions: Administration of vit B12 >10mcg may produce hematological response in patients with folate deficiency; indescriminate use may mask precise diagnosis. In all other cases after the painful acute phase of the disease has subsided; further treatment and prophylaxis of relapse should be carried out w/ Vit B1; B6; B12. Patients with hepatic insufficiency; chronic alcohol abuse; severe renal insufficiency; impaired G6PD.
