Directions for use:
- For up to 7 days, adults and children over 12 can take 1 to 3 tablets daily. If this is your first time using a laxative to treat constipation, we advise taking 1 to 2 pills daily. Take pills 30 to 60 minutes before bed˜to induce a bowel movement the following morning.
