Multivitamins and Minerals (Elevit Pre-conception) contains a range of vitamins and minerals including 800ug of folate composed of 400 ug of folic acid and 451 ug of Levomefolate calcium taken at least one month prior to and during pregnancy may reduce risk of neural tube defects, such as spina bifida, 27mg of iron to help prevent iron deficiency, 220 ug of iodine to assist the development of baby's brain.
