HOW TO USE
BATH AND SPA
Add 2 cups of Eposom salt to warm running water in the bath tub. Settle and saof for 20minutes
FOOT SOAK
Mix 1 cup of Epsom salt with warm water in a foot bath and soak feet for 10mins.
GARDEN
Add 1 tbsp to 1 galloon of water. Apply as a spray to you vegetables and flowers
SHOWER
exfoliate and soften skun by mixing a handful of Epsom salt with a tbsp of shower gel or olive oil and massage onto wet skin. RInse thoroughly.
