Product Usage

Mild to moderately severe dementia associated w/ Alzheimer's or Parkinson's disease Start w/ Exelon Patch 5 once a day, may be increased to Exelon Patch 10 (recommended effective dose) after a min of 4 wk. Severe dementia associated w/ Alzheimer's disease Start w/ Exelon Patch 5 once a day, subsequently increased to Exelon Patch 10 & then Exelon Patch 15 (demonstrated effective dose). Consider dose increases only after min of 4 wk of treatment at each dose level.
