Used for the prevention and treatmernt of folate deficiency. Prophylaxis of neural tube defects during pregnancy. Megaloblastic anemias. Chronic hemolytic anemia, exfoliative skin disease, gingivitis, anorectic cancer, cervical dysplasia and cardiovascular diseases.
