Cover the foot patches and plasters with a light sock to avoid accidentally displacing them during the night. Drink good quality water using foot patches to help flush toxins through the body. 1-2 liters are recommended. For detox: Use 1 patch on the sole of each foot. For pain: Use 1 patch on each foot corresponding to the area on the diagram overleaf and another on the painful joint/area. It should be left in place for 8 hours or until patch becomes discoloured and damp.
