Product Usage

One tablet daily by mouth, usually in the morning. Dose may be adjusted according to the patient's response or as prescribed by the physician.
Note: Furosemide potassium chloride (Diumide-K) tablet should not be chewed so as not to destroy the controlled release system constituting the potassium chloride layer.
May be taken with or immediately after meals. Swallow whole, do not crush, chew, or break tablet.

Warnings

Furosemide potassium chloride (Diumide-K) tablets are contraindicated in hyperkalemia
