Usual dose: 50 mg once daily may be increased to 100 mg daily as a single dose or in 2 divided doses.Elderly (75 yr) patients w/ moderate to severe renal impairment (CrCl <20 mL/min) or intravascular fluid depletion25 mg daily.May be taken with or without food.
