1. Moist cotton with Hydrogen peroxide solution and gently clean wounds.
2. Pour a few drops of solution to water and gargle as mouthwash. May soak toothbrush in 3% Hydrogen peroxide between brushing to kill bacteria.
3. For athletes Foot: Soak feet nightly in H202 until condition is improved
