INDICATIONS: RA including juvenile idiopathic arthritis, OA & ankylosing spondylitis. Adjunctive treatment of adenomatous colorectal polyps. Management of acute pain & dysmenorrhea.

CONTRAINDICATIONS: Hypersensitivity to sulfonamides. History of stroke (CVA), heart attack (MI, CABG), uncontrolled HTN & CHF NYHA II-IV. Inflammatory bowel disease & renal impairment (CrCl <30 mL/min).
