IMBRUVICA Ibrutinib 140mg 1 Capsule
Ibrutinib (Imbruvica?) as a single agent is indicated for the treatment of adult patients with relapsed or refractory mantle cell lymphoma (MCL), previously untreated chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL) (see section Pharmacodynamic Properties), Waldenstr?m?s macroglobulinemia (WM) who have received at least one prior therapy, or in fi rst line treatment for patients unsuitable for chemo-immunotherapy.
Ibrutinib (Imbruvica?) as a single agent or in combination with bendamustine and rituximab is indicated for the treatment of adult patients with CLL who have received at least one prior therapy.

How to Use
Mantle cell lymphomaThe recommended dose for the treatment of MCL is 560 mg (four capsules) once daily.Chronic lymphocytic leukemia and Waldenstr?m?s macroglobulinemiaThe recommended dose for the treatment of CLL, either as a single agent or in combination, is 420 mg (three capsules) once daily (see section Pharmacodynamic Properties for details of the combination regimen).The recommended dose for the treatment of WM is 420 mg (three capsules) once daily.Treatment should continue until disease progression or no longer tolerated by the patient.
Ingredients
Each capsule contains 140 mg Ibrutinib. Ibrutinib (Imbruvica?) are white opaque, hard capsules marked with ?ibr 140 mg? in black ink on one side. The excipients are croscarmellose sodium, magnesium stearate, microcrystalline cellulose and sodium lauryl sulfate. The capsule shell contains gelatin and titanium dioxide (E171). Printing ink: iron oxide black (E172), propylene glycol and shellac.
