Participation in this Promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions (including the Schedules). The Promotion Organizer’s decision not to enforce a specific restriction does not constitute a waiver of that restriction or of these Terms and Conditions generally.

Promo Mechanics:

1. Download the Watsons Mobile App or log in via https://www.watsons.com.ph/ and register as a member of the Watsons Club for FREE.

2. Once logged in, navigate to the Homepage Coupon Zone and click “GRAB” on the specially marked HOLIDAY icon to qualify.

3. Buy any product available at Watsons Online via the Watsons App. Infant milk products are NOT included in this promotion. Make sure to reach the minimum purchase amount of P2,000, exclusive of delivery fees.

4. During the Promo, Watsons Club or Elite Club members who spend at least P2,000 (Qualifying Purchase) in a single receipt is entitled to receive an instant Reward Code (IRC). One receipt is eligible for one Instant Reward Code only, regardless of the Qualifying Purchase amount made in a single transaction.

5.Qualified members will receive an Instant Reward Code and a promotional website link via their registered email address.
6.Qualified members should visit the promotional website during the Redemption Period, enter your Instant Reward Code and required information, and submit the claim. Each Instant Reward Code entitles the participant to an instant win prize.
7.The Instant Win Prize will come from the Instant Reward Code Prize Pool. Instant Win Prizes will be randomly allocated throughout the Redemption Period in such a way as to ensure that approximately constant ratios of the different Instant Win Prize types are given away throughout the Redemption Period.
8.A maximum of 15,000 Instant Reward Codes is available for this promotion only. The promotion period may end ahead of the indicated end date if all available Instant Reward Codes have been exhausted before such date. Watsons reserve the right to declare the Promotion fully-redeemed.
9.Winners will receive their Instant Reward Code Prize Voucher and redemption instructions via email and must redeem their reward before the specified expiry date. The terms and conditions applicable to the Instant Win Prize are set out in Appendix 1.
10.Members who reached the MPR + GRAB coupon will automatically qualify for the Grand Draw. The number of Grand Draw raffle entries awarded will depend on the qualifying purchase amount. Six (6) winners will be selected for the Grand Prize. The terms and conditions applicable to the Grand Prize are set out in Appendix 2.
GRAND DRAW

The Draw will be scheduled as follows:

INSTANT REWARD CODE PRIZE POOL

Watsons Philippines may substitute the Instant Reward Code Prize with another rewards partner, with an equivalent prize of equal or greater value, provided that the overall value of the total prize pool is not reduced.

11. This promotional offer is available only to Watsons Club Members who make successful purchases through the Watsons Mobile App or Website. Purchases outside these channels will not be valid.

12. Purchases will be validated and the Instant Reward Code will be issued within seven (7) business days after payment for PAID ORDERS or after completion for CASH ON DELIVERY orders.

For PAID Orders via CREDIT/DEBIT CARD, MAYA, GCASH, GRABPAY, APPLE PLAY, and BDO Installment, Instant Reward Codes will be issued within seven (7) business days after payment or after completion for CASH ON DELIVERY orders.

13. Purchases made in order to qualify for the issuance of the Instant Reward Codes are NOT subject to returns, refunds and/or cancellations. Customers may contact Watsons PH Customer Hotline in case of product concerns in relation to the foregoing purchases. Promo period is from OCT 23, 2026 to JAN 3, 2027. E-raffle draw date will be in FEB 2027, to be announced separately.

14. The Grand Draw will be in FEB 2027, it will take place at WATSONS PERSONAL CARE STORES PHILIPPINES INC., 9/F West Quadrant, One E-Com Center, Ocean Dr.,Mall of Asia Complex CBP-IA Zone 10 Barangay 76, Pasay City NCR Fourth District, Philippines 1300 by a computerised draw system or selection witnessed by Food and Drug Administration (FDA)/representative. The Grand Draw will be conducted via Zoom or MS Teams. Participants do not need to be present at the draw to claim a prize and the Grand Prize Winners will be notified of the prize they have won.

15. One reserve winner will be drawn for each Grand Prize recorded (in order) in case an ineligible Entrant is drawn or if any Entrant drawn is unreachable or unable to accept or declines to participate in a prize within fourteen (14) days of being notified by the methods including but not limited to phone call(s), email(s) or SMS(s) that they are a winner (if applicable). In that event, the prize will be awarded to the reserve winner and reserve winner/s will be notified of the prize they have won.

16. In the event a reserve winner is ineligible, unreachable, or unable to accept the prize or declines to participate, within fourteen (14) days of being notified by the methods including but not limited to phone call(s), email(s) or SMS(s) that they are a winner (if applicable). In that event, the prize will be forfeited.

17. This promotion is open to members with an active card and up-to-date contact details: mobile number and email address. Members with unregistered details should register on or before OCT 22, 2026 to qualify for the e-raffle. Shoppers with unregistered cards on the date of draw will not be eligible for the promo.

19.Customers who win Instant Reward Code Prizes will be notified via Email only. The Grand Prize winner will be notified via Email, SMS, and/or Phone Call.

20. Should a Participant’s contact details change during the Promotion, it is the Participant’s responsibility to notify the Promoter via email watsons.customercare@watsons.com.ph during the Redemption Period.

21.Winner must present the following when claiming the Grand prize:

Watsons Club or Watsons Elite Club membership – screenshots or print out will be accepted.

Note: Winners will be asked to sign a Letter of Consent to ensure that above information will be treated as confidential and will be used for validation purposes.

22.In case a winner cannot claim the prize, a winner’s representative must bring an authorization letter from the winner, valid identification of both winner and representative (Any valid government issued ID such as, Company ID, Passport, Driver’s License or SSS ID), photo of the winning membership card.

23. Rewards are not exchangeable or redeemable for cash. They are not valid for use in conjunction with any other offers. The Reward must be taken as and when specified or will be forfeited with no replacement. If the Reward is unavailable, for whatever reason, Watsons and/or Xmpact International reserve the right to substitute the Reward with another reward of equal value in place of advertised rewards that are available.

24.All employees of Watsons Philippines and Xmpact International relatives, up to the second degree of affinity or consanguinity are not qualified to participate in this promotion.

Appendix 1 - TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR INSTANT WIN PRIZES

General Terms

The value of each Instant Win Reward Code Prize, the total number of prizes available to be won in the Promotion, and the total maximum value of the prizes are set out in the table above. All prizes’ values are stated in Philippine Pesos (PHP), inclusive of VAT (where applicable), and are based on the recommended retail value at the time of permit application. Watsons and Xmpact accept no responsibility for any variation in the value of a prize after that date.
The maximum of 15,000 prizes is available to be awarded as part of this Promotion, with a maximum total prize pool value of PHP 11,956,100. The actual number of prizes distributed will be the number of prizes redeemed by the Qualified Members.
Participants redeeming a prize may be redirected to the website of the relevant Reward Partner (“Reward Partner Website”) to claim or activate their prize and, where applicable, redeem the Voucher associated with the prize. Participants may be required to provide certain information requested by the Reward Partner Website, including but not limited to the Participant’s name, email address, date of birth, postal address and contact number. Where required, Participants must agree to the Reward Partner’s Terms & Conditions and review the relevant collection notices and privacy policies. Watsons and Xmpact are not responsible for, and accept no liability in relation to, the collection, use, storage, or handling of personal information by any Reward Partner.
It is the responsibility of the winning Entrant to use their prize before the applicable expiry date. Unless otherwise specified, vouchers are valid until MAR 31, 2027. Prizes are issued on the basis that they will not be extended, replaced, or redeemed for cash. Redemption and use of prizes are subject to any terms and conditions of the issuer.

A. ClassPass4-week free trial offer

This prize entitles the winner to 4-week trial offer which includes 15 free classes. The prize value is reflected in the promotion prize pool valuation, which was independently calculated by the Promotion Administrator based on the retail value provided for this offer.
Customers must be at least 18 years old when redeeming the offer. Unique link can be activated between OCT 23, 2026 – MAR 31, 2027. Once activated, the 4-week trial offer must be used consecutively within the 4 weeks.
The 4-week trial offer is applicable for new customers that have never had a ClassPass account before. To redeem the offer, winner must sign up to the subscription plan during the voucher validity period, through the unique URL provided in the email. The subscription plan will automatically be renewed each month and your payment method on file will be charged the then-current standard monthly rate plus any applicable taxes. You can cancel the subscription plan at any time during the trial period under Account Setting.
Existing ClassPass users can upgrade to a higher-credit plan using the link on the landing page will be offered 15 bonus credits, applied immediately after upgrading. Your billing cycle will reset to the date you made the upgrade, and you’ll be charged the price of your new plan the same day. The higher-credit plan will automatically renew each month and your payment method on file will be charged the then-current standard monthly rate. B. David's Salon P500 Voucher for selected services

i. This prize entitles the winner to David’s Salon P500 Voucher for selected services.
ii. Selected services for the David Salon P500 Voucher include Hair Treatment, Hair Rebond, and Perm.
iii. Valid only for the stated service or promotion and for service before MAR 31, 2027.
iv. Advance booking of at least 24 hours is required. Please inform the salon that you will be redeeming a voucher when making your reservation.
v. The voucher must be presented upon redemption and is valid for one (1) use only.

i.This prize entitles the winner to David's Salon P1,000 Voucher for selected services.

iii.Valid only for the stated service or promotion and for service before MAR 31, 2027.

Watsons Club Points worth P10,000
i. The prize entitles the winner to 10,000 Watsons CLub Points equivalent to P10,000 pesos that can be used to purchase at Watsons store and Watsons online.
ii. 10,000 Watsons Club points will be credited to the Watsons Club account of the winner.
iii.Expiration Timeline: Points do not expire immediately; they stay valid across two year-ends. For example, points earned anytime in 2026 will expire on December 31, 2027.
iv.Check Balance: You can check your available points and track expiration dates through the Watsons Philippines App or by asking store cashiers at any Watsons store
v.Points cannot be exchanged for cash but can be used at 1 Watsons Club Point = PHP 1 in Watsons stores or online.
