Each tablet contains ferrous sulfate( elemental iron; 105 mg) 525mg ; ascorbic acid (vit C) 500mg ; niacinamide 30mg ; calcium pantothenate 10mg ; thiamine mononitrate (vit B1) 6mg ; riboflavin(vit B2) 6mg ; Pyridoxine (vit B6) 5mg; cyanocobalamin(vit B12) 25 mcg
