Anti-Hypertensive Indication: For the treatment of the following: Hypertension Treatment of essential hypertension. Chronic heart failure Treatment of stable mild and moderate chronic heart failure in addition to standard therapies in elderly patients 70 years. Nebivolol may be used alone or in combination with other anti-hypertensive agents.

Adult5 mg once daily. Max dose: 10 mg once daily.Elderly renal insufficiencyInitially 2.5 mg once daily may be increased to 5 mg.Hepatic insufficiency2.5 mg once daily.May be taken with or without food.
