Take this medication as directed by your doctor. Read the Medication Guide and the Patient Information Leaflet if available from your pharmacist before you start taking and each time you get a refill. May be taken with or without food.

Ingredients

Each tablet contains 400mg of Ofloxacin.

Storage Information

Store between 15-30°C. Protect from light.

Warnings

Patient with known or suspected CNS disorders or other factors that predispose to seizures or lower the seizure threshold. Hepatic and renal impairment. Pregnancy and lactation. Concomitant use of class IA or class III antiarrhythmic agents may increase risk of QT interval prolongation. Decreased serum and urine concentrations with antacids containing Magnesium
