Using the monitor:
1. Insert the air plug into the air jack securely.
2. Put your arm through the cuff loop.
3. Close the fabric fastener FIRMLY
How to sit correctly:
1. You need to be relaxed and comfortably seated at comfortable room temperature
Taking measurements:
1. Press START/ STOP button - arm cuff will inflate automatically
2. Remove the arm cuff
3. Press STRT/STOP button to turn the monitor off
