Product Usage
Remove cap and twist the handle until gel covers the brush tip. Smile wide to keep lips away from teeth. Using up-and-down motions, apply a thin layer of gel to the visible surfaces of your teeth. Remain smiling for 1 minute after applying to the last tooth to allow the gel to set. Leave on for 10-20 minutes. For best results, avoid eating or drinking after application. Rinse the brush tip with lukewarm water and replace the cap tightly to prevent the gel from drying out. - With dry hands, peel the whitening strips from the backing liner. Gently press the strips onto your teeth, then fold the excess over the back of your teeth. After 30 to 60 minutes, remove the strips. No rinsing is required.
