Anti-Convulsant Indication: Management of neuropathic pain associated with diabetic peripheral neuropathy. Postherpetic neuralgia. Adjunctive therapy in adults with partial seizures with or without secondary generalization. Treatment of Generalized Anxiety Disorder (GAD) in adults. Treatment of fibromyalgia syndrome (FMS)

EpilepsyInitially 150 mg/day as 2 divided doses. May be increased to 300 mg/day after 1 wk. Max: 600 mg/day after an additional wk.May be taken with or without food.
