Individualized dosage. Essential HTN 5 mg once daily. Diastolic BP up to 105 mmHg 2.5 mg once daily. May be increased up to 10 mg once daily if required. Max: 20 mg once daily. CHD (angina pectoris) 5 mg once daily. May be increased to 10 mg once daily. Max: 20 mg once daily.
