Product Usage
Sevelamer carbonate is indicated for the control of serum phosphorous in patient with chronic kidney disease (CKD) on dialysis. It is also indicated for the control of hyperphosphatemia in adult patients receiving hemodialysis or peritoneal dialysis. It is also approved for adult CKD patients not on dialysis with serum phosphorous >1.78 mmol/L (5.5mg/dL).
