1. Every P1,000 single-receipt purchase of participating products entitles Watsons Club and Elite Club members to join our e-raffle for a chance to win a 6D5N Trip to Tokyo, Japan. 

Members will earn double entries when they shop at Watsons Online Store.

• Offline/In-store Purchase

   Single receipt transactions and purchase made within the promo period only will be allowed. Otherwise, these will not be considered as valid entries. 

3. Member must present and/or use his Watsons Club or Elite Club Card upon paying at the cashier counter or link the card before making an Online purchase. For new members, only those with purchases credited to the Watsons Club card will get to earn e-raffle entries.

Non-members can get to join this e-raffle promo by activating a Watsons Club card and buying a minimum of P1,000 single-receipt of participating products.

4. Only purchases made in Watsons stores nationwide and via Watsons Online (webstore/app) will be considered as valid entries. Purchase outside these channels will not be valid.

5. Promo duration is from October 26, 2023 to January 3, 2024. E-raffle draw date will be on January 15, 2024 (12 days after end date)

6. Draw schedule, to be witnessed by FDA representative.           

7. Members with at least 1 e-raffle entry for a chance to win a 6D5N trip to an Tokyo, Japan are also entitled for a chance to win the prizes below. There will be a total of 72 winners of “Other Prizes”, with 24 winners from Luzon, 24 winners from Visayas and 24 winners from Mindanao, to be awarded:

8. Members who qualify for this e-raffle promo must ensure having up-to-date contact details: mobile number and email address in their Watsons club account. Members with unregistered details should complete their registration first on or before December 21, 2023 to get a chance to win the prizes at stake. Members with unregistered card (on the date of draw for other prizes and the 6D5N trip to an Tokyo, Japan will not be eligible for the promo.

9. Members who won in the minor prize draws (other prizes) are still entitled to earn raffle entries ONLY for the Grand Prize (6D5N trip to Tokyo, Japan). Example: Member who won any of the other prizes may still win the 6D5N trip to Tokyo, Japan but will not be allowed to win any of the other prizes more than once.

11. Watsons Philippines decision is final with the concurrence of DTI/FDA representative.

12. All winners drawn will be subject for verification by Watsons Philippines. The list of the verified winners will be released once the verification has been made. Verification shall be done no later than a month after the draw date. 

13. Winners will be notified via Email, SMS, and/or Phone Call via registered email and mobile number. Winners will also be announced via the Facebook page of Watsons Philippines.

14. Watsons Philippines has the right not to disclose the winners if security reasons permit.

15. Watsons Philippines reserves the right to suspend release of items or void any e-raffle entry should misrepresentation or fraud be proven.

16. The 67 winners of the other prizes each will have the other prizes sent in their registered email addresses. Watsons Customer Service will contact the winner to confirm their email addresses.

17. An awarding ceremony for the 6 winners of 6D5N trip to Tokyo, Japan will be scheduled, with details to be finalized after the Grand draw. 

18. Each winner must present the following when claiming the prize:         

• Watsons Card or Watsons Elite Card     
• Two (2) valid IDs (with photo and signature)
• Watsons official communication (email/sms/viber) that they won

Note: Winner will be asked to sign a Letter of Consent to ensure that above information will be treated as confidential and will be used for validation purposes.

19. In case winner will not be able to claim the prize, winner’s representative must bring an authorization letter from the winner, valid identification of both winner and representative (Company ID, Passport, Driver’s License or SSS ID), photocopy of the winning membership card, and copy of the Watsons official communication (email/sms/viber) that they won.

20. Prizes are not transferable and cannot be converted to cash. 

21. Additional expenses outside of the standard tour package to be incurred during the 6D5N trip to Tokyo, Japan shall be shouldered by the winners. 

22. Winners have 90 days, starting from the receipt of notification, to claim the promo prize; after which prize shall be forfeited in favor of Watsons Philippines, with prior approval from FDA.

23. By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to hold Watsons Philippines free and harmless from any loss, expense, cost, claims, injury, or damage caused by or arising from his/her participation in the program caused by or arising from his/her acceptance and/or use of the prize.

24. In the event that the winner chooses not to accept a prize or any element thereof, they forfeit any claims to that prize, which can then be used in other events or promotion at the sole discretion of Watsons Philippines.

25. All employees of Watsons Philippines, relatives, and up to the second degree of affinity or consanguinity disqualified from joining the raffle.

26. Watsons Philippines may disclose and publish names, photos, and other information of the winners in any mode or manner as they may deem appropriate.

27. Watsons Philippines reserves the right to suspend release of items or void any raffle entry should misrepresentation or fraud be discovered.
