"SOLA Foundation Primer: Apply to face with a blending sponge, flat face brush, or clean fingertips. Lightly dab to blend well on the skin, focusing on one area at a time. Layer for additional coverage. Tapies Daily Nipple Cover-Ups 8cm: 1.Remove the plastic protestor from the adhesive 2.Stick each nipple cover-up on your nipple area 3. After using, remove and wash your cover-ups under running water with mild soap. 4.Leave it to air dry for 20-30 minutes with the adhesive facing upwards."
