TERMS AND CONDITIONS - Earn points with Marketplace receipts
1. This benefit is available for Watsons Club members only.
2. Members are entitled to earn one Watsons Club point for every ₱200.00 spent on the designated marketplaces, excluding discounts, coupons, and delivery fees. The points issued will be based on Watsons internal records.
3. Members should only upload their own receipts issued by designated marketplaces. Receipts that do not belong to the member cannot be registered for points.
4. Members must register the marketplace transactions within 21 days of the order date stated on the receipts issued by the marketplaces. Transactions made or receipts issued over 21 days will not be accepted for point registration.
5. Members can register Watsons Club points through the “Upload Receipt” function by uploading designated marketplaces’ receipts which must show the payment amount made by the member on Watsons’ products.
6. All valid receipts must clearly show the name of the marketplace, order date, order number, and order amount on Watsons’ products in that transaction.
7. Members must accurately and completely input their order information, including the marketplace where the transaction occurred. Incomplete or incorrect submissions will be rejected, and the member will have to resubmit within 21 days of the order date stated on the receipts.
8. If marketplace orders have been refunded or returned, the points issued will be revoked.
9. Members may only upload one marketplace receipt at a time. Submissions that include multiple receipts or lack the marketplace's receipt will not be accepted.
10. Only receipt of the listed marketplace will be accepted, and the list can be updated by Watsons without prior notice.
11. Only clear images of the marketplace’s receipts will be accepted for registering points. Please ensure the mobile network is stable while uploading images. Watsons are not liable for any failed uploads resulting from an unstable mobile network.
12. Watsons shall have the right to withhold any point registration from members who have submitted faulty receipts, including but not limited to an unclear photo uploaded and a duplicated receipt number.
13. Watsons retains the absolute right to modify or amend the terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. In the event of a dispute, Watsons reserves the final decision-making authority on the interpretation of the terms and conditions.
14. In the event of any dispute, Watsons reserves the right to make the final decision. All uploaded receipts will be used for point registration, verification, and internal audit only, and the aforesaid uploaded information will be retained for 6 months following the account’s deletion or termination.
