1. Download the Watsons Mobile App or log in via https://www.watsons.com.ph/ and register as a member of the Watsons Club for FREE.

2. This promotional offer is only available to Watsons Club members with successful and qualified purchases made via Click and Collect Express, Click and Deliver Express, and Standard Delivery through the Watsons Mobile App or Watsons Website. Validation of purchases and issuance of the Unique Redemption Code may take approximately three (3) business days once payment is made.

3. Buy participating products from Unilab via Click and Collect Express, Click and Deliver Express, and Standard Delivery from Watsons app or Website. Make sure to reach the Minimum Single-Receipt Purchase Requirement for your chosen ticket type in accordance with the table provided below. For example, buy PHP 800-worth of items to be eligible for a FREE 1KM Race kit.

4. Promo period is from November 3, 2025 to February 15, 2026.

5. Upon reaching the MPR, eligible customers must input the corresponding race kit code on the Watsons app or website before checkout. Race Kit Code as follows:

8. Ensure that the race kit game date code is inputted before checkout. Check-outs without the code will not be eligible for FREE Watsons x Unilab Alaga Run Race Kits.

8. Upon successful check-out, the customer will receive their Watsons x Unilab Alaga Run Unique Redemption Code (URC) from Watsons Online via their registered email address in approximately three (3) business days upon payment completion of order.
9. In case the customer did not receive the URC, the customer may contact Watsons through these channels:

   On the top left corner of the Home page, click the Menu bar (☰) and select “Share The Alaga” to open the event page.
3. Start Registration
   On the event page, click the “Register Now” button. You will be redirected to the official Share The Alaga Registration Portal.
4. Enter Your Access Code
   Input your Unique Registration Code (URC) in the access box. The URC will automatically open the designated race distance.
5. Complete the Registration Form

7. Review and accept the waiver of liability.
8. Choose one (1) option for your Race Kit Fulfillment:
   1. Store Pick-up, or
   2. Delivery (with delivery fee to be paid via the payment gateway).
9. Confirm Your Registration
   Click “Register” to finalize your entry.
   You will receive a registration confirmation email from Hyvesports PH once you’ve successfully registered.

11. To claim the race kits, Watsons will have a caravan on selected Watsons stores – or option for kit delivery though HYVE Registration website

13. Only one (1) Unique Redemption Code is issued for every transaction, regardless of the total order price. There is no maximum number of transactions for each Watsons Club member to avail of this promotion.

14. Watsons Club members with validated purchases using the Promotion Code shall receive an email containing the Unique Redemption Code. In case of multiple valid purchases, the Unique Redemption Codes shall be released in separate emails. To prevent any fraud/misrepresentation on the release of the Unique Redemption Code via email, the codes are only released through- watsonsmemberclub@watsons.com.ph, the official Watsons x Unilab Alaga Run email address. There are no other fees or charges for the Alaga Run Race Kits.

15. Children under 7 years old are not allowed to enter the event venue for safety reasons. Children or minors must be with a ticketed adult in the same section. Four (4) minors to one (1) adult maximum ratio will be applied across all sections. Unaccompanied minors (Aged 7-17) may enter the venue if they have a signed waiver beforehand to be presented upon entry. Waivers are available for download prior the game day, or at a designated help desk located at the venue on the game day. No signed waiver, no entry.

16. Employees of Watsons Personal Care Stores (Philippines), Inc. & Family Health & Beauty Corp., its advertising and PR agencies, and their relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity are not allowed to join the raffle promotions, should there be.

17. Please be reminded that Senior Citizen and PWD discounts on the tickets are not applicable since the tickets are FREE, upon purchase of the minimum amount required.

18. The FREE race kits are not intended for resale. Watsons Philippines is not responsible or liable for any damage arising from unauthorized sale of tickets or merchandise from this promotion. Watsons Philippines reserves the right to refuse entry or cancel any race kits that are deemed fraudulent or sold through unauthorized channels.

HOW DO I GET RACE KITS TO THE Watsons x Unilab Alaga Run?

Watsons Club Members can be eligible for the FREE Watsons x Unilab Alaga Run Race Kit through the Watsons App or the Watsons Website only by purchasing via Standard delivery.

Watsons Club Members must reach a Minimum Purchase Requirement to get their desired race kit tier. Watsons Club Members must choose the race kit tier and race distance upon reaching the MPR and input its corresponding code prior to check out. Maximum of 1 race kit only per transaction.

The registered email address of the Watsons Club Member will receive the unique redemption code from Watsons 3 business days after purchase transaction.

Once unique redemption code is received, customers must register through Hyve website – www.hyvesport.com

HOW MANY TICKETS CAN I AVAIL?

Maximum of one (1) ticket per transaction. You can avail of multiple tickets under one (1) account, but one (1) ticket only per transaction or checkout. No maximum transactions per account. 

HOW MANY RACE KITS ARE GIVEN PER DISTANCE?

The number of allocated race kits per distance are as follows.

Once the limit has been reached, the option to avail FREE Watsons x Unilab Alaga Run Race kits on the Watsons App or Website will be disabled to avoid going beyond the allocation.

UNTIL WHEN CAN I AVAIL THE RACE KITS?

You can avail of the FREE race kits via Watsons App and Watsons Website until February 15, 2026 only, or until tickets are sold out.
 

Availing a FREE race kits will have a cut-off of 7 days before the fun run schedule.

 IS THERE AN OPTION TO UPGRADE MY RACE KIT?

None. The race kit tier you chose upon checkout is final and unchangeable.

 IS THERE AN OPTION TO REFUND MY RACE KIT?

Race kits are non-refundable but transferable. If you are unable to attend on event day, you may share your kit with a family member or friend.

CAN I REDEEM RACE KITS FOR OTHER PEOPLE?
Yes. To redeem race kits for other people, please bring the required documents stated below upon redemption:

• Copy of the email containing the ticket owner’s unique redemption code
• Authorization letter with signature of ticket owner
• Photocopy of 1 valid government-issued ID of race kit owner
• Photocopy of 1 valid government-issued ID of redeemer

HOW MUCH IS THE CHARGE UPON REDEMPTION?

There is no more charge upon the redemption of the race at the given venue and host stores.

The only additional charge you will have is if you avail the delivery option.

HOW DO I KNOW IF MY UNIQUE REDEMPTION CODE IS VALID?

Only Unique Redemption Codes received from watsonsmemberclub@watsons.com.ph are considered valid. Any other code released by other sources will not be accepted.

How can I register using my Unique Registration Code (URC)?

• You can register your Unique Registration Code (URC) by visiting the Hyvesports PH official website at www.hyvesport.com.
• Go to the “Share The Alaga Run” event page and click “Register Now!” to access the registration portal.

Can I change my race distance after receiving my Unique Registration Code (URC)?

• Unfortunately, race distances can no longer be changed once your Unique Registration Code (URC) has been issued.
• Each URC is programmed specifically for the race distance you selected during registration and will only provide access to that category.

ARE THERE PODIUM PLACERS FOR THIS EVENT?

There will be no podium finishers for this event. However, participants can look forward to special awards and exciting raffle prizes for lucky winners!

CAN I HAVE THE ASSEMBLY AND GUNSTART TIMES?

DO YOU HAVE A CUTOFF TIME FOR THIS EVENT?

Yes. The official cut-off time is 7:00 AM to comply with local government road usage regulations. We encourage all runners to start and finish within the allotted time for everyone’s safety and convenience.

DO YOU HAVE TIMING CHIP FOR ALL CATEGORIES?

• No timing chip as this event is considered a FUN run.

IF THE EVENT IS CANCELLED, HOW DO I OBTAIN A REFUND?

• Generally, we do not issue refunds as we do not cancel events.
• However, in cases of force majeures – such as Typhoon Signal #3 or higher, fire, or other natural calamities that may affect the event schedule—we will issue official announcements.
