
GENERAL PROMO MECHANICS:
1. What is the “Unilever Ponds Beauty Bash Raffle”?
• An exclusive e-raffle promo for Watsons Club Base and Elite members that offers them a chance to win Overnight stay in Seda Hotel for 2 and The Spa GC worth Php 3,000
2. Who can join the promo?
• Members of Watsons Club and Elite Club with a valid single-receipt purchase of at least P549 on participating products are entitled to join the e-raffle promo.
3. How to earn an entry for the promo?
• Members will earn entries following the scheme below.
Sample e-raffle entry computation:
• Single receipt transactions and purchases made within the promo period only will be allowed. Otherwise, these will not be considered as valid entries.
• Member must present and/or use Watsons Club Card, Watsons Elite Club Card membership upon paying at the cashier counter or link the card before making an Online purchase. For new members, only those with purchases credited to the Watsons Club membership will earn e-raffle entries.
• Non-members can join this e-raffle promo by activating a Watsons Club membership and buying a minimum of P549 single-receipt of participating products.
• Only purchases made in Watsons stores nationwide and Watsons Online (webstore/app) will be considered as valid entries. Purchases outside these channels will not be valid.
4. When will it be implemented?
• Duration: June 1, 2025 – July 31, 2025
Raffle Draw Schedule & Guidelines:
• Members who qualify for this e-raffle promo must ensure having up-to-date contact details: mobile number and email address in their Watsons club account. Members with unregistered details should complete their registration first on or before (End of Duration) to get a chance to win the prizes at stake. Members with unregistered membership on the date of draw will not be eligible for the promo.
• Watsons Philippines decision is final with the concurrence of DTI/FDA representative.
• All winners drawn will be subject for verification by Watsons Philippines. The list of the verified winners will be released once the verification has been made. Verification shall be done no later than a month after the draw date.
• Winners will be notified via Email, SMS, and/or Phone Call via registered email and mobile number. Winners will also be announced via the Facebook page of Watsons Philippines.
• Watsons Philippines have the right not to disclose the winners if security reasons permit.
• Watsons Philippines reserves the right to suspend release of items or void any e-raffle entry should misrepresentation or fraud be proven.
• Winners shall be identified and contacted by Watsons Philippines Team official Email, SMS, and/or Phone number. Winners must provide at least 1 valid ID within 5 business days after receiving notification from the Watsons Philippines team.
• Prizes are non-transferrable; color and size are pre-determined by Watsons Philippines team and cannot be customized. Prizes must be claimed until (3 months before the end of duration) only. Not in conjunction with any other Promos, Discounts or Offers.
• By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to hold Watsons Philippines free and harmless from any loss, expense, cost, claims, injury, or damage caused by or arising from his/her participation in the program caused by or arising from his/her acceptance and/or use of the prize.
• In the event, that the winner chooses not to accept a prize or any element thereof, they forfeit any claims to that prize, which can then be used in other events or promotion at the sole discretion of Watsons Philippines.
• All employees of Watsons Philippines, relatives, and up to the second degree of affinity or consanguinity disqualified from joining the raffle.
• Watsons Philippines may disclose and publish names, photos, and other information of the winners in any mode or manner as they may deem appropriate.
• Watsons Philippines reserves the right to suspend release of items or void any raffle entry should misrepresentation or fraud be discovered.

5. How will it be implemented?
● A digital material announcing this promo will be released to all Watsons online and offline retail formats (Online, Combined, Community Pharmacy, and Pure Drug Stores).
● It may also be communicated to members through EDM, Viber and SMS depending on supplier’s direction and budget.
6. Other Concerns & Issues:
• Member forgot to present his Watsons Club Membership when he paid for his purchase, will it still be qualified for the promo?
This promo offer may only be awarded to members who bought any product within the promo period and used their Watsons Club membership – Base and Elite, as indicated in all member communications.
• For Watsons Club card, what if the targeted member's card is lost or defective, forgot password? What should I do if I have two different card accounts under my name?
