Description
Used in the prevention and treatment of vit B deficiencies. Polynerv 500 Nutritional support in painful neurological manifestations of neuritis and neuropathy eg, cervical and shoulder-arm syndrome, lumbago, ischialgia and sciatica. Neuropathies caused by certain disease states eg, diabetes, RA, TB, leprosy and cardiac disorders. Alcoholic neuropathy and other neuropathies due to intoxication from drugs (ie, INH, phenothiazine). Pregnancy and hyperemesis gravidarum.

Ingredients
Each film-coated tablet contains thiamine hydrochloride (vitamin B1) 500 mg; pyridoxine hydrochloride (vitamin B6) 250 mg; cyanocobalamin (vitamin B12) 1 mg.
Warnings
Special Precautions: Cyanocobalamin should not be used in the treatment of megaloblastic anemia of pregnancy. May produce hematological response in patients w/ folate deficiency (doses >10 mcg of vit B12). Monitor blood regularly.
