1. This promotional offer for free Wanderland Arts and Music Festival ticket is only available to Watsons Club Members with successful purchases made through the Watsons mobile app and website. Validation of purchases and issuance of the e-ticket may take up to seven (7) business days.

3. Only one Wanderland e-ticket may be issued for Php 4,900 single-receipt transaction, regardless of the total order price. Each Watsons Club member may avail of the Promotion Code up to a maximum of three (3) transactions to give chance to other members.

Terms & Conditions

1. All ticket types are standing. There will be NO BARRIERS dividing Regular and Star (VIP) ticket holders.
2. Day passes are non-exchangeable and valid only for the day purchased for.
3. Tickets are non-refundable but can be transferred to another person for the same event only, provided the transfer is completed before wristbands are issued upon entry.
4. Festival wristbands are NON-TRANSFERABLE once worn. Any damaged or tampered with wristbands will be considered void. 
5. Tampered wristbands will result in voided entry.
6. The event is open to all ages - children 3 and below are admitted for free. Minors (17 and below) must be accompanied by a ticket-bearing parent or guardian. Following the ratio of 1 adult: 2 minors. 
7. Unaccompanied minors will be denied entry with no recourse for refund.
8. Minors, pregnant and PWD are required to sign a waiver upon entry. 
9. Re-entry will NOT be allowed. 
10. The festival lineup is subject to change. The organizer reserves the right to add, withdraw, or substitute featured artists, or make adjustments to the advertised program, seating, and event capacity.

Q: How can I download the app and be a Watsons Club Member?

A: You may go to the Apple App Store, Google Playstore, or Huawei AppGallery and look for the Watsons App. Download the app and register as a Watsons Club Member. Make sure to indicate your email and mobile number to be counted as a fully registered member. This will also be the same email where you can receive your tickets and other promotions.

Q: I am a Fully Registered Watsons Club Member; how can I purchase a Wanderland ticket?

A: You can get your Wanderland Day Pass ticket when you become a Watsons Club Member and Shop in the Watsons App. Below are the steps for you to follow.

Q: Does Senior Citizen or PWD Discounts apply ?

A: No, since this is a special promotion and tickets are considered free upon purchase of the minimum amount required. The customer can either input their Senior Citizen or PWD ID and get discounts for regular items OR use the ticket promo code to checkout a concert ticket for free.

Q: Can I choose which day I can go?

Q: Is there a specific type of delivery service I need to use?

A: You just need to shop in the Watsons App and select any delivery type --- (1) Standard Home Delivery, (2) Home Express Delivery, and (3) Click and Collect.

Q: Can I buy at the physical store and still be able to get tickets?

A: No. This is an exclusive offer to our Watsons Club Members shopping in our Watsons App and Website.

Q: Can I use Click & Collect to buy products and redeem a ticket when I am nearby a Watsons Store?

A: Yes. You can use Click & Collect to participate but the Unique Redemption Code will only be sent to your email within 7 business days after your order.

Q: Is it possible to get my orders already and not yet receive my ticket redemption voucher?

A: Yes, as the delivery of your order may arrive within 1 to 7 days. But please expect your redemption code to be emailed within 7 business days.
