Each capsule contains: Thiamin HCl (Vit B1) 10mg,, Riboflavin (Vit B2) 10mg,, Nicotinamide (Vit B3) 25mg,, Calcium Pantothenate (Vit B5),, Pyridoxine HCl (Vit B6) 5mg, Cyanocobalamin (Vit B12) 25mcg, Ascorbic Acid (Vit C) 100mg, Folic Acid 950mcg, Ferrous Fumarate 325mg (or equivalent to 105mg of elemental Iron).
