Used for the relief of clogged nose, runny nose, postnasal drip, itchy &, watery eyes, sneezing, headache, body aches &, fever associated with flu, common cold, allergic rhinitis, sinusitis &, other minor resp tract infections.

What's in the medicine?
1. Phenylephrine HCI- a nasal decongestant, clears obsructed air passages and nasal sinuses due to congestion, making breath easier
2. Chlorphenamine maleate- an anti-allergy, relieves symptoms such as runny nose, sneezing, and itchy, watery eyes
3. Paracetamol- is an effective fever reducer and pain reliver

Each film coated tablet contains 10mg Phenylephrine HCI, 2mg Chlorphenamine maleate, and 500mg Paracetamol

How to Use

Adult & children: ?12 y/o: 1 tablet every 6 hours. May be taken with or without food.

Ingredients

Each tablet contains 10 mg of Phenylephrine HCl; 2 mg of Chlorphenamine maleate and 500 mg of Paracetamol.

Warnings

Special Precautions: May impair ability to drive & operate machinery. Paracetamol: Severe liver damage.
Side Effects:
- Phenylephrine HCl: tremor; restlessness; anxiety; insomnia/sleeplessness; nervousness; dizziness; increased BP; palpitation; arrhythmia; weakness; resp distress & pallor.
- Chlorphenamine maleate: sleepiness/drowsiness.
- Paracetamol: Skin rashes; hypersensitivity; change in number of WBC & platelets; minor stomach & intestinal disturbances.
