This wine is obtained from a blend of Negroamaro, Aglianico and Primitivo, who's carefully selected and treated grapes come from terroirs located in the Salento area that are particularly suited for wine.
Intense red with garnet-tinged edges. The nose offers aromas of red fruit and jam, blending seamlessly with sweet and spicy notes. Its great elegance and concentration perfectly complement the soft, velvety tannins. The finish is long and pleasantly savoury, with a roundness that lingers. Pairs ideally with first courses, red and grilled meats.
