Used for the relief of clogged nose; runny nose; postnasal drip; itchy & watery eyes; sneezing; headache; body aches & fever associated with flu; common cold; allergic rhinitis; sinusitis & other minor resp tract infections.
Adult & children: ?12 y/o: 1 tablet every 6 hours. May be taken with or without food.
Special Precautions: May impair ability to drive & operate machinery. Paracetamol: Severe liver damage. Side Effects: - Phenylephrine HCl: tremor; restlessness; anxiety; insomnia/sleeplessness; nervousness; dizziness; increased BP; palpitation; arrhythmia; weakness; resp distress & pallor. - Chlorphenamine maleate: sleepiness/drowsiness. - Paracetamol: Skin rashes; hypersensitivity; change in number of WBC & platelets; minor stomach & intestinal disturbances.
Each tablet contains 10 mg of Phenylephrine HCl; 2 mg of Chlorphenamine maleate and 500 mg of Paracetamol.
